I bought a bing of this tea for myself and also received one from my step-mother for my birthday. I’m storing one for later and enjoying one now. It’s a good tea. Gosh, it’s a good tea. It is the one I opted to bring on my two week trip to Idaho and California this summer and I’ve been enjoying it so hard every morning. Earthy notes, floral notes. I time my first few steeps for less then a minute because the flavors are so bold and keeping it light brings out so much sweetness.
Great quality. Big leaves with just a beautiful texture and exquisite fragrance. I look forward to enjoying my second bing in a few years and seeing how it ages.
